Fabio Hübel
PhD Student
Fabio is a Ph.D. student in the Autonomous Systems Lab at Stanford. His research develops embodied AI agents that perceive, reason, and act in the physical world, with a focus on relational spatial memory, robotic search, and tool use, and on deploying these capabilities on mobile robots under real-time and edge-compute constraints.
Before joining Stanford, he completed his M.Sc. at ETH Zurich, with his thesis carried out at Stanford. His earlier work spans aerial robotics, model predictive control, and reinforcement learning.
